We pride ourselves on our timely payments to our owners. You can expect to receive your rent proceeds before the 15th of each month (providing the 15th is a business day). We encourage our owners to take advantage of direct deposit and statements that are emailed.
Tenant Placement
We care about your investment. Your property is shown by professionals. Our Resident Criteria helps you understand what you should expect in a tenant.

You can expect us to run a national eviction, credit report, rental history and criminal history search on each adult applicant (over 18 years old)

Tenant Management
​We offer a professional relationship to our tenants. We believe that communication is the key to any successful relationship. We communicate via phone, text, email and mail (USPS or overnight carriers).

All rents are due at the same time, on the 1st of the month and are late on the 4th. Late rents are subject to tenants being posted with a late notice. Eviction proceedings can be started the same month the rent is past due.

We value our tenant relationships. You, as a resident, are expected to maintain the home and keep it in the same condition as when possession was taken.
Tenants are required to submit Maintenance Requests in writing via your Tenant Portal. This includes all routine requests. Please be specific and detailed about the problem. If you can provide a picture of the item to be repaired, it will be helpful. You will be contacted by your property manager or by the vendor within a reasonable amount of time (excluding weekends, nights and holidays) after reporting the maintenance issue. Please refer to your Tenant Handbook for further information pertaining to maintenance and repairs.
