Brad Peska is devoted to providing exceptional client service and building clients for life. Brad was raised in a real estate family and is a second-generation REALTOR®. He was born in Michigan and raised in Cape Coral. His family has lived in Cape Coral for over 42 years. Brad and his lovely family are proud members of the Southwest Florida community.
He was a key member of the team that created Experience Property Management Group. He focuses each day on successfully expanding the company by maintaining relationships with investors, annual rental property owners, and the top property managers in Southwest Florida.
Susan Bielser, PRM
Property Manager
Susan has been involved with Property Management for over 35 years here in SW Florida and in Texas. She is married with 2 grown children and 4 grandkids and lives in Cape Coral. She has a love for animals and all living things and enjoys the wildlife that Florida has to offer.
She is passionate about her position as Property Manager and is active with National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
